Our Home Maintenance Services

Every visit includes a detailed inspection report, such as:

Flushing toilets and running faucets
Checking windows, doors, locks, and entry points
Alarm system and security camera checks
Thermostat monitoring and temperature adjustments
Inspect ceilings, walls, and windows for leaks, cracks, or weather damage
Seasonal weather checks (including sprinklers, lighting, etc)
Snow assessment (including roof snow accumulation)
Immediate notifications of any concerns

Additional Services:

Minor repairs (when possible)
Contractor sourcing and coordination
On-site contractor oversight (hourly)
Emergency/on-call response (5 PM – 8 AM and national holidays)
Housekeeping coordination to keep your home clean and available

Visit Plans & Pricing

a) Home Under 5,000 Square Foot:
Home-Watch Visit Rates:

Weekly Visits: $60 per visit
Bi-Weekly Visits: $75 per visit
Monthly Visits: $90 per visit

b) Home Over 5,000 Square Foot:
Home-Watch Visit Rates:

Weekly Visits: $80 per visit
Bi-Weekly Visits: $100 per visit
Monthly Visits: $120 per visit

Hourly Services (1-hour minimum):

Contractor Coordination & On-Site Oversight: $60/hr
Emergency / On-Call Response (7 PM – 7 AM & national holidays): $80/hr
Minor Repairs: $60/hr

All services are billed weekly. Clients with more frequent visits may receive discounted rates, per visit.
